We used FirstTwo to confirm that people lived in the restricted area and were to have access. Many did not have identification because they had to flee, so we used FirstTwo to identify names associated with an address.
When trying to identify homes that had been destroyed, we were able to utilize the FirstTwo map that provided an actual street address and name, since all street signs were destroyed and no markings were present.
